The individual work steps are organized into four packages that build on each other, with the inventory of existing resources forming the foundation of our work. It begins with a site visit and user consultation, followed by documentation of the existing resources. Based on this inventory, a concept can be developed, which then leads to detailed planning and fabrication in collaboration with local artisans, culminating in the completion of the project. Part of our work also includes the development of products and custom furniture series.
SCOPE OF SERVICES

On-site assessment and user consultation
Together with the clients, we conduct a thorough walkthrough of the spaces to be designed. During this process, the project requirements are discussed in detail and are subsequently incorporated into the further design and implementation process.
2.
Inventory of existing resources
The clients’ storage and existing inventories are reviewed and documented. This serves as the foundation for developing a concept for utilizing the available resources. It is also possible to commission the inventory process on its own.

Concept development
The insights gained from user consultations and the inventory of existing resources form the foundation for developing a concept. The planned use of the spaces is just as important as the utilization of existing resources.
4.
Detailed planning and fabrication
We translate the concept into a detailed execution plan, collaborating closely with local artisans and socio-economic workshops. Thoughtful planning ensures production happens on-site whenever possible, minimizing transport and environmental impact.
5.
Project completion
Our goal is to make use of as many of the client’s existing materials as possible. In doing so, we not only create a sustainable project but also highlight the quality and design potential inherent in these resources.
6.
Furniture Series & Product Development
Part of our work involves developing products and furniture series specifically designed for companies. Based on existing furniture and material resources—such as cabinets, chairs, or stone slabs—we create new designs that respond to each company’s individual resources, enabling truly tailored products.
